Florida Fitness and Yoga Retreat - The Details
Fitness and Fun are what our retreats are all about. Being outdoors and active, enjoying the natural beauty of Florida's beaches while getting pushed to challenge yourself through our intensive schedule of training and then treating yourself at the end of the day. Our retreats run every week of the year, contact us to check availability for preferred dates, then grab a friend and head for the beach!
Our retreats provide 5-6 hours of fitness per day. Each day is packed with a variety of fitness training (boot camp, Yoga, Pilates, HIIT, cardio and what we call fitness activities such as kayaking, biking, paddle boarding and so on. Our program takes guests off property which allows our guests to explore the city in which our retreats are hosted, enjoy area restaurants and attractions.
We are not a "schedule of classes" but more a fitness adventure. Our trainer will be with you throughout the day versus a class model where it's just an hour with a trainer. This structure gives us the opportunity for our training team to really know each guest personally, know what their goals are and what it will take to help them meet their fitness and nutrition goals. We have provided an example of what a daily schedule would look like, however each days trainings and activities are different to give our guests a diverse array of experiences.
