Girlfriend Fitness Getaways are empowering fitness holidays for women. During our retreat, our expert trainer help guests build a stronger, leaner, healthier body, which in turn builds a more confident you.

WHAT IS A TYPICAL DAY ?
Each day begins with beach boot camp. We provide give hours of structured, intensive fitness activities per day. Once the day ends at about 2:30, guests are free for beach time, spa services or down time.
